  • HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

      Purchasing from TOKIOGA is easy:

      If you know what you are looking for, use the FASHIOn (Apparel related), DESIGN (Designer & Art products), PLAY (Electronics & Tech products) & CULTURE (Interest & Hobby products) links. You can also shop by browsing the TRIBES / BRANDS section.

      Once you have found an item, select your quantity which is above the ADD TO TOTE and select other options (if applicable) from the AVAILABLE OPTION shown below the DELIVERY AND RETURNS and use the 'ADD TO TOTE' button underneath.

      Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'TOTE' link at the right side top of the page then click 'VIEW CART' button. 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' link to continue shopping and 'CHECK OUT' link to proceed your order.

      If already SIGN IN, select & fill the requirements in the CHECK OUT page to CONFIRM ORDER. If not then select 'Register Account' / 'Guest Checkout' and fill the requirements to CONFIRM ORDER. Then follow the instructions to complete your order.

  • DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

      You need an account to complete a purchase. When you register with us, you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your TOKIOGA account

      1. Request your return or exchange directly from your account
      2. Gain access to Community and Recommendations
      3. Be notified when new stock arrives
      4. Save your address for faster shopping
      5. Manage your account details, order history and email preferences and see order status.
  • HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

      If you have forgotten your password, follow the 'Forgotten Password' instructions on the 'Sign in' pop up menu.

  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES TokioGa ACCEPT?

      We accept payment through PAYUMONEY and accept Debit Cards / Credit Cards issued in India and Netbanking option is accepted for Indian bank accounts. At checkout, you will be directed to the payumoney site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown above. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to TOKIOGA. COD is available for some metro cities only.

  • HOW MUCH WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING DOMESTIC / INTERNATIONAL?

      If you are shipping within India and the orders is above Rs. 500, then shipping is free or else Rs. 50 additional for shipping. For international shipping, charges are calculated w.r.t shipping method and their respective shipping charges will have to be paid by you.

  • DOES TokioGa SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESS?

      You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For bulk/wholesale orders, please contact the Customer Services for assistance.

  • DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY IN NEW DELHI?

      We offer a number of delivery options for customers based in New Delhi and selected locations in Delhi NCR. Our same day delivery service is perfect for last-minute purchases. Place your order by 10am for delivery between 10am-5pm or by 2pm to receive your purchases between 6pm-9pm (applicable only Monday to Saturday). You can also choose a day to suit you, up to seven days in advance.

      For this facility, you'll need to call up our TOKIOGA NINJA TEAM when you are placing an order.

  • IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?

      All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from TOKIOGA to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

      If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

      Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

  • CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

      It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) before shiped and place a new order which contains all the items you require

  • HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

      You have 15 days to decide if to keep your items and we will collect from your home, work or alternative address for free. Simply request a returns merchandise authorization number (RMA) from your TOKIOGA account and then book a collection to send your item(s) back to us. But the policy doesn't apply to all products. See the DELIVERY & RETURNS section above ADD TO TOTE when you are placing order(s).

  • WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND?

      Your refund will either be issued to the original payment method used to place the order, or as TokioGa store credit. Shipping costs are not refunded for items using our free collection service, unless your items are faulty.

      Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • WHERE IS MY ORDER?

      We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, TOKIOGA is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

      Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting 'My Account' followed by 'Order Status'. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.

  • HOW CAN I APPLY FOR WHOLESALE/OPEN BRAND STORE?

      You can mail us at wholesale@tokioga.com to apply for wholesale & brandstore@tokioga.com to open brand store with your requirements and details. Or you can directly call us and follow the instructions given by our executives.
